- 120 g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 160 g Yoghurt
- 100 g Chocolate
- 250 g Wheat Flour
- 10 g Baking Powder
- 20 g Cocoa Powder

Melt Butter
Melt the butter over hot water or in a microwave.

Mixing
Start by mixing the eggs and sugar into the butter.





Add the yoghurt and continue mixing.


Weigh 70 g of the chocolate and mix it in as well.


Take the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and mix further, until everything is combined into a smooth dough.


Filling The Tray
Fill the dough evenly into the muffin tray and sprinkle the 30 g of the chocolate over it.


Baking
Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes at 175°C.
