Start by grating your cheese, then put oil in your pan and spread it with a brush.

Add the cheese, spread it evenly, let it melt on medium-high heat and wait until it starts to get lightly brown.

In the meantime you can mix your eggs with a splash of water added. Then add them into the pan on top of the cheese.

Add some salt, pepper and chives to your liking and cover with a lid.

Wait until the eggs are no longer jiggling too much. Flip one half onto the other, take it out of the pan and serve and enjoy it!
