- 2 Bananas
- 1 Orange
- 5 g Butter
- 1 tsp Honey
- Liqueur (Fruity)

Cut your fruits into bite size pieces of about 2 by 2 cm.
Melt butter in your skillet and put the honey in as well. Stir until it bubbles and lightly caramelizes.
Throw in your fruits and stir more to distribute the butter honey mixture.
Pour over your liqueur, I like a mixture of Grand Marnier and something high proof for a bigger flame! (But be safe!)
Wait a little bit to avoid a flame that would be too big and light your liqueur.
Stir a little more and then blow out the flame.
